Steps to succeed:

Start small: It is crucial for your company to transform. The change will, take time, and you are typically only have so much potential power to use at one time.

Educate your executives- Show them to the extent you can go to use the technologies themselves. A good way to start is to launch blogs, social networks, and collaboration within a department to demonstrate benefits.

Get the right people to run your strategy- Pick people who have the most passion about starting a relationship with your customers.

Get agency and technology partners in sync- Get them to invest the time and resources to change agencies

Plan for the next step and for the long term- You want to know what is going on with your company.
